Local wiggle

A local wiggle happens when, in pull mode a player right-clicks on a section of a protein and chooses Wiggle. The resulting action is not the same as a Global Wiggle, which is what takes place when a player hits the W key in either pull mode or Structure Mode. The exact technical differences between them are not known at present.

Local wiggles are -- obviously -- the key to the Local Wiggle Strategy.
