"This currently unsolved protein does not have any templates that we can use, so we are giving it to you as an extended chain. Use all your skills to fold it up as best as you can. The secondary structure predictions are posted in the puzzle comments."

beta said: " Please try to use these secondary structure predictions:Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server. [1]

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the amino acid Leucine at residue 26 is highly predicted to be part of a helix. However, the Leucine at residue 34 is predicted to have an equal probability of being anything." ChGarnier and rav3n_pl posted recipes to set the secondary structure to match the prediction.

Following hints in #global, I asked "Beta, is this protein P19412[1-166], Bile acid 7-alpha dehydratase, Eubacterium sp. (strain VPI 12708) http://www.uniprot.org/blast/?about=P19412[1-166?]" and the reply was: "looks like that's the one http://www.ebi.ac.uk/thornton-srv/databases/cgi-bin/enzymes/GetPage.pl?ec_number=4.2.1.106

"There are no PDB entries in enzyme class E.C.4.2.1.106""

Very close to 4LEH

REQUEST: If anyone finds a database entry with a picture for this protein, please note it here.

itskimo and marie had a discussion in #global about how to align sheets
